As you all know we are doing online school currently, yesterday I did forget to do yesterday's blog post, so I am using yesterdays slide as today's blog post. As you can see in our literacy class we are reading about the wizard of Oz and for our Friday class we were given the task of making an artwork about the wizard of oz, I choose the path to the emerald city. As you can see I used paper and paint for the flowers, gems for the castle and paint for the rest. What do you think? Have you ever read the Wonderful Wizard of Oz movie or book? other than that, that's it for today's blog post.
Wow Jessica, what an amazing artwork! I love that you used lots of different materials to create your artwork, I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into it. It looks fantastic! I particularly like the gems you put on the Emerald City. I also really like that you put the image up that you used for inspiration next to it, very effective! You did a great job of recreating it. I have never read the Wizard of Oz, but have seen the movie many times and love it. How are you enjoying the book so far? I wonder how different it is to the movie! Keep up the awesome work.
